By sharing your story and thoughts, in particular your recovery from mental illness, we hope people will find encouragement and hope, wherever they may be on their personal journey. Family members, care-givers and friends are also encouraged to share their experiences of caring or providing for someone they care for.

This section is set up to provide an avenue for a supportive community to those facing mental health problems. It provides a platform to raise and discuss issues related to mental health and mental health problems, as well as advocate for changes that would improve mental health for the people in Malaysia.
We wish to emphasise that this forum is not a replacement for seeking proper professional help, but serves as an additional source of support to those who may benefit from interactions in the forum.
