There is a growing need for mental health literacy and support skills in our community to help support those experiencing mental health difficulties.
This is exactly why more than ever, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) should be a trained skill everyone should possess.
The MHFA provided by the Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA) is a skills-based early-intervention training programme, equipping individuals with the knowledge and confidence to recognise, connect and respond to mental health problems or crises.
Anyone can offer support that may save a life. Everyone should know how.
Equip yourself with the understanding of mental illnesses and their interventions, knowledge of appropriate first aid strategies, and the confidence in providing first aid.
